TransFirst Holdings, TransFirst Merchant Serves, ASC Merchant Services is holding thousands of dollars of my money Louisville Colorado

this company has been my credit card processor for a couple of years. yesteday i noticed that some transactions did not go into my account totaling thousands of dollars. it took my 3 phone calls to them and over 12 hour and talking to 5 differant people to get anywhere. finally i was told that i was over my monthy limit and that i had singed a contract with them to to x amonut of dollars per month and if you go over that amount they place a hold on the funds. they made us fax bank statements personal infomation ect... for hours today with no real reason why these funds are being held. we have a real small business and this is killing us. they totld me today that if you go over you limit on how much money your allowed to take in they can hold it for as long as they want. and they said they can take up to 30 days to even let you know whats going on. this is a bad place so if your reading this find another place to process your cards. right now im looking for a lawyer. i will not take this. the worst part of all of it is they never called me to even let me know they were doing this. so now we have written checks againt this amount and now they will all bounce. they were very nasty and rude with me on the phone. trust me you are just a number with them
