TRANSMISSION PART DISTRIBUTION, INC. JEFF MADISON THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, AND SO IS THE OWNER JEFF MADISON! SAGINAW, Michigan

I too have been a victim of Jeff Madison owner of Transmission Parts Distribution Inc.  Three months ago I attempted to order a new transmission for my sons truck and unfortunately I contacted Jeff Madison of Transmission Parts Distribution Inc.  I paid $699.00 for a new transmission and was told that it took 5 days to build and 2 days to ship for a total of 7 days to be delivered.  At the two week mark after not receiving my transmission I contacted the company and was told they had no record of that order.  They offered to resubmit the order, but that would include at least another week of waiting, I declined and and withdrew authorization to electronically withdraw funds from my checking account.  In the mean time I had my sons truck repaired at a professional shop at three times original cost.  Three weeks after,  my checking account was charged $699.00 from Transmission Parts Distribution Inc.  After contacting Jeff Madison, he stated it was just a misunderstanding and that he would refund the monies.  Three months later and and a dozen of excuses, no refund in sight, and now Jeff and the company will no longer answer my phone calls.  I know Jeff counts on the people he deals with are from all across the country and do not have the time or funds to pursue a civil action against him, but I live in a neighboring state.  Currently I work as a paramedic, but I am also a third year law student who is filling court document's with the 70th District Court of Michigan against both Transmission Parts Distribution Inc., and Jeff Madison as an individual.  Normally a owner of a incorporated company is immune from civil suits pertaining to the company he works for unless you can show fraud.  He and his wife Dawn also own several properties including 2799 Longview, 2838 Longview, 2762 Longview, 2635 Longview, 2547 Longview, and 2510 Evon all of Saginaw MI. which I intend to file liens on in attempted to recoup this debt.  Any statements from other individuals that have had similar experiences will help to determine a pattern of corrupt activity and hopefully making his private property available for seizure.  Feel free to contact me at mailto: (((REDACTED))) @yahoo.%20com
