I brought my 2004 neon SRT-4 in in the begging of august when i instructed them i need a tranny rebuild!  they quoted me at 1800 which was ok but ended up charging 2200 and saying that my clutch(brand new never driven on) was faulty so i had them "order" an act racing clutch which was on september 22nd they also informed me that my throttle body cable was frayed.  it is now november 15th and they still didn't order my clutch and have not done any further work other then the supposed tranny work i have began a lawsuit and had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic.  if i can be any help to any further pending or future cases
