Transmyt TRANSMYT - Never work here... Boston Massachusetts

I have been working with Jeremy for about 4 years with a small break in between. Throughout the years of employment, there have been several occasions when the paychecks would get to your bank 2 or 3 weeks late with a lot of excuses that had to do with clients and money not being cleared at the bank. Through all of this, I (and few other employees have been patient, seeing how it's a small company) have dealt with these issues, requiring me to get another job to pay bills on time.

In September 2012, I started working at Transmyt as a full time employee after being out of this job for almost a year. I was promised a salary but never received benefits of any kind (paid holidays, vacation days, etc.). While being on salary, I was never put on a payroll (was told that they were moving payroll companies and I would need to wait), and I was being paid from a company check, without any pay stubs explaining what was taken out of my check. Later this caused a lot of problems with my taxes but I won't mention that here.

To make long story short, I quit Transmyt in December and have never received my paychecks for the whole month of December. I made a lot of attempts to get in touch with him, but never had any sort of response. After filing with Attorney of MA for non-paid wages, he would then call me and ask to remove all charges. (i believe the company has a lot of cases with the attorney). Still promises never made it through, as always. I would not recommend anyone to work at this company because there is no honesty and trust. Don't expect to be paid on time (if ever).
