Transnational Services LLC. Raheel Shamim VP, Heartless Employment Agency Cheated me my last paycheck! Fairfield New Jersey

This is my story. I had worked for a New Jersey based Employment agency called Transnational Services LLC. from July 2013 to May 2014 at a location in Salt Lake City. A UK based company had recently acquired a private company there that was in the midst of merging. I was brought on as a computer consultant. This was a difficult situation as hometown is Las Vegas and I had to leave my family, my pets and belongings during my tenure of the contract in that location.

The problems started intermittently (at the end of 2013 calendar year) and then more frequently in the remainder of my 2014 contract year of services. I was not alone. Other Transnational employees at the facilities volunteered in vocalizing their frustration and I heard of their non-payment. I can only speak for myself, but I was contractually to be paid on a weekly basis with a net 21 days.

They gave many excuses such as “oh I’m waiting for the checks to be signed” or “I was out of the office”. There was a time they sent me a check with no signature. I think these were tactics to avoid payment or delay payment for services rendered. A malicious tactic to make their representatives as consultants suffer.

I have been a very patient person, but this is what is breaking the camel’s back. They have avoided any follow-up calls, or payment. Even after certified letters from my attorneys, phone calls, emails and communication from my former on-site manager at the Salt Lake City facility that this company (Transnational Services LLC) shows no actions. I work my butt off to do an excellent job, but this employment agency has no shame.

I lost my dad in July 2014 and my mother Jan 2015. If I had this money for payment long overdue that it could have helped my family to get better medical help or possibly survive these ordeals.

Transnational Services LLC owes me an outstanding amount $2300.00 and my 1099. They have taken my life hostage and my family by their incompetence. Transnational Services LLC website is still up and they seem to be still in operation with no stopping their con game on desperate consultant whom are willing to go the extra mile to support their family.

I want justice and I want the company and the individual responsible to be accountable! Please help me as I their inaction contributed indirectly to the death of parents. God rest my mom and dad’s souls!
