I contacted this company to leave a good rating on a transport company that I used and they refused to post my ratting. I have attached the e-mails that I recieved from them for everyony to read. I took out the company that I used becasue they are not affiliated with me or Transport Reviews.com

So my assumption was correct your company is manipulating the reviews. I feel that you websight is a great diservice to people looking to ship there car and would tell everyone I know to go to the Better business Bueru and not your sight

XXXXX Transport was great I called them about 3 hours ago and they picked my car about 15 minutes ago. The driver that came said he will be in Los Angeles in 7-10 days. That is alot quicker then I expected. I was planning on 2-3 weeks like me household stuff that I am shippping. I recomend them 100%, best service ever. I wish they shipped my household stuff as well.

Don't buy the employee reply... obviously another mafia stoogie that worked for that horrid company.
It's true that transportreviews removes or outright denies people who try to post negative reviews about transport companies. It happened to me and they refused the back down. The whole thing seemed very suspcious.. probably protecting the transporter that PAYS them to "filter" any negative reviews out for them. I provided full evidence short of a DNA test, yet I was still denied.
Liars to the core. Do not trust any reviews on that site PERIOD!

This site is bogus. They allow ppl to pay to have positive reviews posted. Rather than contacting the reviewer to find out if indeed they did in fact due business with a company they allow ANYONE to post anything. They dont verify anything. They manipulate reviews and also ppl pay them to have their negative reviews deleted. If someone wants to work with a transport company dont use this site. Contact the better business bureau. At least on the bureau your allowed to rectify a situation and then post if the situation was resolved and closed to the customers satisfaction. Here your bad review remains on forever and can potentially destroy a transport company. Unless you are someone who advertises transport reviews to your customers there is no way most ppl are going to go and post reviews about your company without some sort of an incentive! Im not going to promote transport reviews Im going to promote my company.

I checked out the review and it turns out that Riley posted two reviews for Wolfpack Transport and two reviews used different names and email addresses.
The reviews were posted under Riley and Susan. Not only were the names and email addresses different but the route and order information was different. This means that we can not even assume that two people from the same order submitted a review.
The IP that the reviews were submitted from traces back to a location within 20 miles of the company address.
Given these factors the review violates the terms of our site. Transport Reviews.com does NOT allow companies to post reviews and we do NOT allow customers to post reviews under multiple identities.
With that said, after review the removal of Riley's reviews for Wolfepack Transport was the correct action.
