I have two accounts with this company:Balloon Creations/Pampered Pet-Champaign-Urbana Illinois

My contract expired July 22nd 2008 for both companies. Two phone calls and a fax from Transtech confirming it was closed still didn't get my account closed. To delay closing my account after July 22nd 2008, they sent me a "Signature Discrepeancy form". That apparently gave them the right to "extend my account for one(1) more year. Thus, closing my account after july 22nd 2008, I risked closing my account during an active period. There is a $300 fee to close early. They have filed reports to all three credit firms(equifax,transunion,experian). So late fees, extra charges and two closing fees. They want close to $800. I am contacting Greg Abbott's office.
