Travel 4 Less, Sean I Paid $1597 for a plane ticket and got NOTHING! These People are Heartless and Rippoffs! Houston Texas

On November 16th, 2007 I bought a plane ticket for $1537 .. I was to depart on December 25th but had to cancel due to being forced to move due to a forclosure on the house I was renting. When I canceled, I was informed that I could use the credit of that ticket anywhere up to a year.. I was told there may be some penalties..I was NEVER told that I had to rebook instantly to not loose all the money I had spent.
I called back to reschedule a flight for February, and was told to mail in $60.. which I did.. They have NO record of this.. I do have a photo copy of the canceled check. I never got a ticket at that time..I didnt confirm the dates as I was still settling from the move.. I called back again and was told that if I flew before May 20th, I would have to send another $250, if I flew after that time it would cost an additional $750. They informed me that it cost more due to more people flying for vacations in the summer.. so I waited till summer is over and planned to go in October. They scheduled me a reservation for October 14th.. and I wasnt asked to pay any extra..
I was pleased that I would going on my trip.. until I realized. I only have a reservation.. and NO Ticket! I called back and asked for my ticket.. I was put on hold for hours.. told to call back every day.. that they were "working" on it.. waiting for a man to call them back .. the consolidator..
After weeks of calling them every day being put on hold, sometimes hung up on.. I was told my ticket has NO value at all..
I talked to British Airways and they said that this travel agent is the only one who can help me get my money back. They also informed me that at the very least.. I should be able to get all the taxes back on the ticket.. which equal up to more than $500.
I havent gotten that back.. and the $60.. they have no idea what happened to it.. I have lost a tremendous amount of money.. and after being on hold for hours and hours.. and calling back.. I broke down emotionally and was crying and yelling at them on the phone.. I have a big loss.. I dont know how I will be able to get that money to go on my trip..
they are keeping all the money..
I see there is one other who has been ripped off by these greedy bastards
I think something needs to be done about them.. I have reported them to the Attorney General..and BBB..
I just want my money back!!
