Travelers Exchange Travelers XC Bluegreen Travelers XC Corporate Event Solutions Stole $2,394.00!! Guaranteed a minimum of $1,650.00 for each of the 6 weeks from Bluegreen/RCI in 180 days for a total of $9,900 and now they are saying there was no guarantee! Deland Florida

Was contacted by a Debbie from Bluegreen Travelers Exchange about the opportunity to use the extra RCI weeks through Bluegreen that I have not been using. They promised to market the weeks to companies and vacationers to use instead of paying for a hotel, staying in a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. I would have the option of using 4 or 6 weeks.

If I went with the 6 weeks I would be guaranteed a minimum of $1,650.00 for each week, total of $9,900.00 in 180 days and would have the option to renew each year. Being a Bluegreen customer for many years and the company having the details on my Bluegreen membership, also having used Travelers Plus, decided to take advantage of the opportunity.

I was told by Debbie, was told so by the rep that walked me through the e-doc and also saw the guarantee in the e doc I previewed. Took almost 3 months to receive an email requesting I check for availability on a unit through RCI, which was not available. Received email saying So Sorry, we'll send over another offer soon. 

Another 30 days later, receive another email to check for availability on a unit through RCI, also not available. I was told I would start to receive my first payment in 60-90 days and now it has been 120 days and no payment yet. Called and was told they will send more weeks and they never did. Now approaching the 180 days where I'm guaranteed payment of $9,900.00 or $1,650.00 for each of the 6 weeks and I'm being told that there is NO GUARANTEE and that the money I paid was to market the weeks for me and unfortunately they were not able to sell any of my weeks and that I am out $2,394.00!!

Have done extensive research and now find that this is a scam! Do not return their calls and report them to the better business bureau and local law enforcement.
