Travelers Tax Group After they failed to help me, refused to honor their 100% refund guarantee, then completely ignored me, ripoff Sherman Oaks California

Travelers Tax Group filed an Offer in Compromise (OIC) for me with the IRS. They gave me a written guarantee of a 100% refund in case the OIC was not accepted. Sure enough, the IRS rejected it.

I asked Travelers Tax Group for my refund of $2000. They said OK, but it would take up to 90 days to send me the check. 90 days later, no check. I called, and they kept saying, "Oh sorry, you'll definitely get it next week," etc. etc. This went on week after week.

90 more days passed, and travelers Tax Group stopped returning my calls, put me on endless (45 minutes +) hold, and transferred me to unanswered lines. I sent letters, faxes, etc., but still no response, and a year later, still no refund check.
