TRC d**k Codron - Tom Dirks RACISTS SWEAT SHOP Boulder, Colorado

I have worked for several companies in this industry (20/20, Omni, Quantum) including d**k Codron and TRC Inc.  I can tell you first hand that this report made against d**k Codron is completely false!  It makes me angry to read such a thing when I know for a fact that d**k Codron is the ONLY consultant in this industry that actually knows what he is talking about!  He actually tries to help the people he speaks to!   He is totally commited to helping people in need and it's a shame that he is the one you target for your hateful rant!  

This industry needs to keep the honest, hardworking consultants like d**k Codron!  So many of them are just out to sell, sell, sell, but when you talk to d**k Codron, you will see how he truely tries to understand your complete situation and actually offer a solution.  Imagine that!  He tells you the truth about the situation you are in, and whether or not he and TRC Inc can help you.  He won't lie to you and tell you they can help you if they can't.  So many in this business don't really care about you, they just want that money!  I have witnessed both types in the companies I have worked for, and I know you are completely lying about d**k Codron.

d**k Codron is NOT a racist...you are being slanderous by saying such a thing.  He is a tough guy to work for because he does not tollerate tardiness, cussing, being abusive to people on the phone, being abusive to other employees, etc.  He just expects his office to be professional all around!  I am guessing that is why you say he is running a "sweat shop?"  Because maybe he made you actually work and follow the rules while you were there?  Maybe you did not like it when he wouldn't allow you to abuse your fellow employees?  Maybe he would NOT let you lie to clients and that made you mad?  I know exactly who you are and trying to hide behind this "secretary" story is pathetic. 

Look, d**k Codron is a veteran, a family man with children and grand children that love him, a hard worker that has never missed a day of work!  You trying to damage someone like that is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself.  And, to take a shot at his wife is even worse.  Yes, she has some wrinkles, but she is also 75 years old!  She is a wonderful lady that was a knock out in her day.  YOU, on the other hand, are hideous on your best day!   She even made sure you received some of her baked Christmas cookies for the holidays and you have the nerve to call a sweet lady like that "wrinkly". 

It's funny you say that you were his "secretary" because he doesn't have a secretary and never has had a secretary!!!!!!!!!  That's not the way his office is set up.  You are just a vendictive little tyrant trying to damage a good person and a good company.  So sorry you just could not handle working for good people... maybe you'll fit in at some of the other companies out there.  Maybe you should get a life?
Your comments about Denise are so ridiculous as well.  She's a good lady that just does her job each and every day. 

My suggestion to you is to be man enough to repent, say you are sorry, remove your fabricated and nefarious posts!  Only a weasel would do what you've done.

This complaint and the other negative posts against d**k Codron and others have been filed by this disgruntled ex-employee who quit in order to avoid being fired for dishonest and possibly fraudulent acts.

We have ignored his past postings in which he has hidden behind the names of past employees in order to make outrageous statements and lies against current and past employees. We presumed that Leo would move on with his life and his childish and mean actions would stop, unfortunately we were wrong.

We have spoken with two other past employers and they have stated Leo directed his anger towards them after he had left their employment. We are currently looking at our legal options to address this matter and hope that it can be resolved quickly.

We believe that if you contact us and our references and look at our BBB record you will find that we are only guilty of making a bad hiring choice.
