Platon Petratos said Treaty Oil Company made an oil strike  in Belize the last week of January 2012.  The price per share shot up to 13 cents on this penny stock.  Platon used the Yahoo Finance board wealthy penny group to get the buying started.  Platon is great friends with the management of Treaty, symbol Teco on otc, pink sheets.  Approximately one to two months later the government of Belize says no viable commercial oil is found. A funky oil stain, or surface oil on the ground makes the video by Platon look great.  Price per share shoots up and investors are told to buy.  Now by March 2013 the price is one cent per share and not one oil strike in Belize, yet alone Texas, or Kansas, or Louisiana, where the company keeps looking for oil while they shed equipment and look to buy more leases.  The monthly barrels of oil is about 20 to 30 at best for all their leases and effort and over one billion shares are sold to keep the game going.  Buyer beware on this scam.

go to the website in Belize: http://www.plustvbelize.com/Featured/News/Details/tabid/63/Article/2177/Oil/discovery-appears-to-be-nothing-but-a-false-claim-aspx     The Belize news staff smelled a fake oil strike by Treaty Energy in February 2012 as there was no oil, no sign of oil, and only a you tube video posted by Platon Petratos to the wealthy penny Yahoo finance group to shoot the price per share up to 13cents.  Today, it is holding on for a penny per share as of March 13, 2013.

The fake oil strike was announced by Platon Petratos and it took the management of Treaty Energy 13 months to say there was no oil after the announced strike.  The management of Treaty also announced the oil strike in Belize on their website. Why? I guess to keep the stock price up as much as possible.  Also, the government of Belize denied the oil strike and if you goggle Treaty Energy oil strike you will see the Belize news agency countered the press release by Treaty.  Several critics of Treaty Energy are on IHUB stock message board. Type in the symbol Teco and you can view the impartial review.  Critics have put Treaty under review for failure to live up to promised leases of land, daily oil pumped above ground, poor equipment, lack of expertise in the company, and a failure to follow up on press release promises.  Buyer beware big time!!!!!!
