Products order around Dec. 27 never received. When trying to leave a phone message all you hear is, "Mail box full."
E-mails return as undeliverable. No response at all. Received e-mail with order shipped information on Dec. 29. This shipmet was from a California address to a California address. No tracking numbers given.

Neither e-mail address will work, businessbagsonline.com or tweezerco.com@tweezerco.com.

Products arrive one month after shipment confirmation e-mail of Dec. 29. Tracking through FedEx shows that shipment was made on Jan. 22 not Dec. 29 as stated in e-mail. I filed a complaint on Jan. 23. at 10:30pm. First FedEx contact was made on Jan. 22 at 8:00 pm. Will not buy from this company again.
