First visit went well.

On secound visit, I needed two teeth capped because of small cracks.

I did not want this done now, just wanted the cleaning as
advertised.

His answer was O K but it would take two settings and there would be an extra cost of $80. I ask why two settings and his answer was he always used two settings. one to remove plack and the other to polish. i accused him of false advertising and left.

Two weeks later I get the same advertisment in the mail again. I called and ask them to remove my name from their mail list.
