Trevor Autohause Overcharged my credit card Vernon Connecticut

I was referred to Trevors Autohause by System X located in Thomaston CT. They said he was their best detailer and he did do a good job. My issue is two fold. While doing my first car we discussed doing the second one and he told me it would be the same price. 

After finishing my second vehicle I found the cahrge he put on mu credit card to be $650 more than agreed to. He suddlenly became unavailabe to my calls so I went through the System X people and complained. He responded immedately but came up with some half assed reason why I was overcharged! Price quoted and price charged were different.

The second complaint is that as of yet I still have nor recieved my warentee card for either vehicle. System X out of Thomaston does not seem overly interested in providing it. 

The credit card company has refunded my money that he overcharged me but beware when giving him access to your card number.
