You will need to provide your own toliet paper and soand and hand towels for the bathroom or purchase popcorn, tea, lemonade, hotdogs when the company sells them to gain funding for the above supplies, also expect to never have a correct paycheck the place has never had 100% correct payroll since 6/30/08. If you get promoted to another position like IHD or QA expect to be demoted on a whim for no reason at all I was after working in QA for almost a year I was demoted with no write ups or corrective actions of any kind whatsoever and another QA not the QA manager was responsible for making the decision when trying to fight that with the current call center director Jason Ritchie I was told that was hearsay and could not be proven so I would not go back to QA. Also expect the pay cycle to change without much of a notice like it has twice so far in less than a years span of time and the last time around the first of december were told we would get a check on dec 22nd than have to wait for another check until jan 15th making most families choose between having christmas and paying rent, mortgage and other bills. They lied to the people that started on 6/30/08 telling us we would make 11.50 hr in production then on the last day of training told us we would only make 11.00 hr the .50 hr would be an attendance incentive so they could start ripping the employees pay off from them they had us sign papers to the effect we would be making 11.50 an hour I have neer checked into it But I hope that could be considered a contract and a law suit would for them to pay the correct amount to all employees past and present. and now they are closing the womens bathroom and letting the women use the mens bathroom and making the men use unlit porta johns on the parking lot I say unlit because the center is a 24 hour center and the parking lot lights do not always light so the porta johns must be very dark during the might time hours this has to be an osha violation
well I have been long winded so I will end here (I could go on forever (due to the very poor to bad management of this company))
