If you plan to work for TRG Customer Solutions in South Charleston West Virginia I urge you to reconsider. You will need to provide your own toliet paper and soand and hand towels for the bathroom or purchase popcorn, tea, lemonade, hotdogs when the company sells them to gain funding for the above supplies, also expect to never have a correct paycheck the place has never had 100% correct payroll since 6/30/08. If you get promoted to another position like IHD or QA expect to be demoted on a whim for no reason at all I was after working in QA for almost a year I was demoted with no write ups or corrective actions of any kind whatsoever and another QA not the QA manager was responsible for making the decision when trying to fight that with the current call center director Jason Ritchie I was told that was hearsay and could not be proven so I would not go back to QA. Also expect the pay cycle to change without much of a notice like  it has twice so far in less than a years span of time and the last time around the first of december were told we would get a check on dec 22nd than have to wait for another check until jan 15th making most families choose between having christmas and paying rent, mortgage and other bills. They lied to the people that started on 6/30/08 telling us we would make 11.50 hr in production then on the last day of training told us we would only make 11.00 hr the .50 hr would be an attendance incentive so they could start ripping the employees pay off from them they had us sign papers to the effect we would be making 11.50 an hour I have neer checked into it But I hope that could be considered a contract and a law suit would for them to pay the correct amount to all employees past and present. and now they are closing the womens bathroom and letting the women use the mens bathroom and making the men use unlit porta johns on the parking lot I say unlit because the center is a 24 hour center and the parking lot lights do not always light so the porta johns must be very dark during the might time hours this has to be an osha violation
well I have been long winded so I will end here (I could go on forever (due to the very poor to bad management of this company))

You know, lets be realistic, do we really have any company in the world who has the ratio of 100% satisfied customers or satisfied employees? No right. So why target one company only by having a bad experience. I myself was called by a 202 area code #, the guy said he was a national recruiter for TRG Field Solutions, he interviewed me and invited me for a meet & greet which i did attend, after having my Criminal background checked and drug testing done and having graduated my training, not only i was paid for the training as offered, i actually landed in the field with another senior field sales consultant and to my surprise i did actually make good sales in B2B side. Unfortunately due to urgent relocation i had to leave TRG after working for 2 weeks and making some decent money as well. My advice! Look for the clients any company has before considering a job. I checked Verizon, AT&T and many other fortune 500 companies being their partners which gives me an assurance that this company is original. I mean think about, why would Companies like Verizon & AT&T partner with TRG if it had no record, they sure wouldnt want to RIP their reputation OFF. Or would they? Anyways! Good luck to all you job seekers out there.

Well it was such a great job only 2 weeks!!! I worked for TRG Customer solutions for almost 2 years and that was 669 days too long. so he was not there long enough for his pay to be screwed up I am still in contact with previous TRG employees who have never ever gotten the pay corrected from 3 years ago so sorry bucky the wonder flash in the bucket try again. And just because the contracted work from companys like Verizon  and AT&T does not mean they don rip off the employees and the companies the contract for I happen to know they do. I have seen it with my own two eyes and I have seen it on paper (company emails) and I have been there more than TWO WEEKS.
