TRI Financial Made false claims of litigation and damages North Tonawanda New York

Don't let these people bully you, they are blowing smoke out there a*#. They called me about a payday loan several times at my work that was with cashnetusa beginning June 1st 2009, they said I owed 1100.00 and if I didn't pay them they were going to contact the sheriffs department where I live and have me in court. I am not going to lie, I was scared and so I made a ridiculous payment arrangement that I wasn't going to keep, and on the day before my payday I called and spoke to someone else and told them I could only pay 100, he agreed and I had made arrangements for 2 other 100 payments which they only got 50 dollars more. I asked them to send me mail correspondence which I have never received and aksed for their license number and they didn't produce. But when they called and harassed my wife who is terminally ill from Brain Cancer and going through chemotherapy at the time, I WENT OFF! I mean every word in the book that I knew I called them and told them I will get my money back and they are not getting another penny from me the calls stopped. HA HA HA. The point I am trying to make to everyone who reads this is don't let them bully you like they did me, ask them to send it to you in the mail. The funny thing is that I completely shut off my Green dot prepaid mastercard that I had been using so they can try all they want.
