ON May 14,2005, I sign a contract with this so call contractor, to build a 20x20 b/room extent my exiting master b/room into my son b/room which is to be turn into a bathroom awalking closet, and a master bathroom.

The price was $45,000 dollars including material of which I was told to buy: ceiling fan, 2 toilet, 2 exhaust fan, closet fixture, 1 jazzu, 2 shower, 2 face basin. 2 vanity, 6 facet, of which cost me $3,400.00.

The job should finish within 6 wks, which take 7 mths and I mean 7 mths of hell. He uses 3 plumber of which the 2 first ones had to be cut out and replace. He uses 3 electric men of which the first wireing had to remove and replace. At last the job came to a rough end, with around the house is leaking.

During the whole time he want me to pay him all the money. I told him no, not untill he finish. Finally I pay him all his money, to my surprise he put a $15,200.31 lein on my home and sue me for $6,200.00.

THere is no reason for him to do all these thing. Wait am not finish, he didn't extend my bedroom. He gave me a bedroom 13.8x17.7, wrong window, when I told what he didn't do he try to sweep it under the map as a matter a fact am the one should be suing him.

I don't want this to happen to no one else. HE claim he is one of JEHOVAH WITHNESS. May the devil bless his soul
