i sent a money order for a coin map offer. it was for 27.89. they returned the money order that i sent them and a letter saying that the offer had expired.

when i called ri-star and explained this to them they refused to do anything about it. i asked them if they could let me send the money order back to them and they could issue me a check for this amount, they refused.

i called the number where i ordered this from and they were taking orders for the coin map. i was asked for my oreder. i asked them what tjhey were selling, she said coin maps.

i said you can't be, i have a letter right here that says you have no more. she gave me number to call for customer service. i called it and the fist lady hung up on me. the second lady not onlyt hung up on me, she screamed and cussed me first and told me she was going to hang up.
