I am another pissed off customer of Triad Financial. I am so tired of their calls, it's to the point I won't answer the phone anymore. They could apply what they spend on phone calls, to me, on my loan!
I admit, my payment has been late off and on. It does not mean, they should call my home and my fiance's business and her cell number (because they don't have mine) upwards of 20 times a day. (no exageration)
They will not accept half payments. They will not change the date a withdrawl from my bank account is made. I had one made for a Friday. Due to the change in jobs, I asked the payment to be moved to the next Monday (two days). They said there was no way they could do that. The check bounced. I told them it would.
My fiance has had messages left, that I need to return a call within 2 hours or they are coming to get my car. WTF? What if the message was not heard? What if she could not find me? They act like no one has a job and is waiting on their every call. However, they want that darn payment a day before it's due.
I am really ticked beyond belief right now. Reading most of your posts only ticked me off more. I can't belive this place is still in business. I will be spending Sunday looking up refinancing companies. Hopefully, I can get out from under Triad and into a better company. The only problem is my credit, which is how I got into this mess.
And to the little flake Triad worker. You have no morals! You have no brain! I don't know how you can sleep at night! I don't know how you can eat because your stomach should be turning from the crap you do all day! I would rather be homeless and hungry then have your pathetic, heartless and dishonest job. I have NO respect for you or anyone that may have even thought of working for Triad!

I see Triad's legal department must have had the weekly Rip-off meeting. It amazes me that they still respond when not one single person has had "resolution" to speak of. That must be why it is addressed as "possible resolution" What is there to resolve? Until Triad changes the way they allow their employees to speak to their customers, there is no resolution. Chalk up another lie. What I like is the fact that their reputation is begining to be known and a lot of dealerships won't even deal with a potential customer if they are using Triad for their financing. They have no one to blame but themselves. Right Traid?
