I canceled a ordered item that was not in stock an this tribute card just let this company take my money and screwed me. They said you can dispute it oh but you have ten 10 days to do so. Then they return this and that and want you to send this and fax that until you just get so tired of it you just tell them to forget it. This company got my money throught this tribute card and then they got the item that was paid for too.
Then after getting screwed like that i sent in a payment being fed up with this company and thier ripp of scam i sent in the minum payment of $20.00 and they said they took 46.00 of that for a maintiance fee!!
This is a big scam ripp of card company they are not there for any good reasons at all only to screw you out of your money and let other companies ripp you off too!!

Sounds as if your issue is with the merchant who charged your card and didn't send the merchandise. Depending on the dollar amount, almost any credit card company is going to require documentation and forms, and affidavits in order to process a dispute. Welcome to the real world! Dispute processing isn't an overnight thing, not even with American Express anymore.
