Tribute Mastercard ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I've only had my card for about 5 months and paid it off in full twice. I was two months past due but never recieved a notice that my account would be closed. I called them and made a pay by phone payment for $536 when my card limit was only $313. I called a couple days later and they told me the bank had dediced to close my account due to past over the limit purchases. I had no prior notice of this. No explanation of why my bill went from $313 to $536.
