I called AOLNetmarket to cancel my membership. One month after I find that AOLNetmarket has taken $99.99 off my checking account. I never gave AOLNetmarket my bank account number and routing number. Netmarket only had my credit card information. I had cancelled my credit card and never called AOLNetmarket to update the information. My question is, how did they get my bank account information?

Well, I figured since I have AOL internet service, thats where they took the information. When I call AOL, they claim that they are not connected to Netmarket but this situation proves that they are.

Im really worried about this situation because thats actually stealing from someone's account, because I did not authorize Netmarketing to make transactions from my checking account. Only AOL internet provider can take my monthly subscription fee from my checking account.

I feel AOL is a real ripoff because when you try to cancel any membership that involves AOL, its like they ignore you and try to offer you other stuff that really does not benefit the consumer so that you can feel helpless and give up to their offers.

This sort of business must be reported and even televised so that other consumers can be aware of these fraudulent activities.
