Trinity Paving and Sealcoating Stanley George Disastrous job paving my driveway Toms River New Jersey

I contracted Trinity Paving and Sealcoating (Stanley George) to pave my driveway in 2015. He gave me a really good price, so I chose him.  After the job was finished, it became obvious almost instantly that the job was completely botched.  The asphalt was unevenly graded.  Water started pooling in the indentations. The cover was too thin in some spots and started coming apart before the job was finished.  There were holes in the paving.  When confronted, Stanley Jeorge promised to fix the problems. He did not, despite many promises to do so.  Instead, he patched up some parts of the driveway with unevenly graded and differently colored materials.  Instead of a beautiful, seamless job, the driveway looks like a pachwork of different colors and materials, separated by seams and cracks, which are coming apart.  Water pools up in various spots and stays for days, because the asphalt was not evenly graded.  There are cracks everywhere.  Small and large holes are appearing because the asphalt is so thin, that it simply wears away.  It totally ruined the look of my house from the outside.

I am now suing Trinity Paving and Sealcoating and Stanley George in court.  Most owners would just let the matter slide and repave the driveway, because a lawsuit is not worth it only cost you several thousand dollars.  However, I have a really big house and it will cost me 21,000$ to take out and replace the driveway.
