Trip Advisor Trip Advisor allows bogus, deceptive, malicious, false, and slanderous reviews Internet

It's understandable that people will leave bad reviews as well as good reviews on Trip Advisor.  However, when you KNOW that an individual is going to purposely write a bad review because they tell you they are mad at you and are going to start a social media war against your show, it's only proper to alert the media.

Trip Advisor turns a blind eye to these bad reports.  I've filed complaints.  I've called their number.  I've written responses.  It's all in vain.   Trip Advisor allows untrue and malicious reviews.   I'll take the bad ones with the good ones.   BUT, when a review comes along that does not even have correct information on the show, then I think Trip Advisor owes it to the ownership community to remove slanderous, and untrue reviews.

Trip Advisor responded with - "We feel that the review is real and will stay posted"

I'm assuming they didn't even read the review and see the flaws in the review that clearly show that the person wasn't even at the show.   Very poor excuse.   It hurts businesses to allow social media untruths.   Trip Advisor needs to be responsible for their allowed posts.
