We gave their salesperson a required deposit to start work in our cellar water problem and they refuse to start. We have recently learned that they have been sued by their landlord for not paying their rent for 8 months and are being evicted!! The office girl told us that they couldn't start because everyone's on "lay-off" because they are being evicted! They have $3500 of our money! She also told us that they are having really bad financial issues, the owner spends his time in South Carolina and doesn't care about the Vermont company..She said the owner is having marital problems for infidelity with his sister in law???? How is this our fault? Why do we need to know this? We were told that they are moving into a "shack" that the owner's Father owns a few miles away and they can't start our job until mid to late January!! This is a pile of CRAP! We have filed a complaint with the Attny General's office and are meeting with a lawyer. Do not, under any circumstances, give these people a deposit!!!

Scott? How come your Basement Systems franchise in North Carolina has it"s numbers DISCONNECTED? Seems like I read a post from you saying (with your flabby chest puffed out) "I have not and will not be filing bankruptcy"?
Oh Yeah, That was before people found out about you and your sister in law....News is all over Barre about you and CORA also......Is there any low you won't sink to?
Seems like the management team at Basement Systems realizes what true slime you are.....They have new dealers where YOU used to be.....What are you going to do now that you have to actually WORK everyday? Maybe go see your father to see if he will prolong his retirement for ten more years? You should be hiding behind something there Porkchop.....You must be the pride of your whole family!!

Dear Customer,
I am so sorry to hear of this situation, Please "actually" contact my office or myself (my office manager can give you my cell#) If you would letus knowwhich "salesperson" took your money. See we have spoke to all of them and no one knows who the heck you are.
HEY wait... did you make this up? Is this some concocked story to make TSBS look bad?
Well just in case you didnt, "MAN UP" get in touch I will see to it, you get your basement done right away or you get your "$3500.00" back ok?
Also I checked with the atty gen. and they have no record of a complaint filed of the nature you described here. (you might wanna read that carefully before you respond)
