tropical breeze boats ralph smith lies for a living sanford, Florida

 i have purchased 2 boats from Ralph smith. 1 in 2007 the title  never came   according to ralph the company holding the title had received payment but due to their mistake they had lost the paper work and thats what was causing the delay.not knowing ralph and his lying ways we did not question it and he just would fax us a new bill of sale every month with the date changed so it appeared we were just waiting for our paper work to clear.

after 4 months of this i trailered the boat back to his yard and demanded my money back he said he did not have it he had sent it to the title company but he would give me  the same price i paid towards a trade in  for another boat foolishly we agreed. well after 2 months and no title for this boat i started calling and the lies started this that the other thing after 5 months i told him that i was going to get my lawer involed  then he told me that the previous owner owed more than the sale price and could not come up with the money. i got hold of the previous owner after having the boat for 9 months ralph had never told him the boat had been sold and was still charging him a storage charge. After our lawers were involed  ralph still kept delaying and lying finally after 13 months i had my title   BUYER BEWARE
