I would never recommend anyone to buy a car at Tropical Chevrolet.  My husband owned a 2010 camaro that he still was paying the bank. He decided he wanted a 2014 Chevrolet corvette so we went to this dealership.  He ordered the car and left a $1.000 refundable deposit., he also sold his 2010 camaro  to them and luckily they gave us 3.000 more than what we owed the bank.  Basically they needed to pay the bank what I owed and give us a check for the difference.  I was told they would send the payment to the bank shortly but it took them nearly 3 weeks to complete this task, I had to go to the dealer to speak to a manager to see what was the problem.  The bank kep calling me claiming for their payment. While we were waiting for them to send the payment we were still waiting for the new car to arrive . It had already been a month since we ordered the car. We were desperate with no car, we couldn't understand what was taking them so long. My husband decided to inquire about his order and he was told it would take them another month for him to take the car, they didn't have all the part to finish building his car, this was a completely different statement than what they promised. (nobody really kept us informed)

Oh well, we decided to go to another dealership and we end up closing a deal on a new 2014 CAMARO SS. I just couldnt believe we still didnt have the the $3.000 tropical chevrolet owed us after a month and a few days of us selling our 2010 camaro to them. I decided to call my bank to see why Tropical still hasnt received the title so they could give us our 3.000 check. To my surprise the bank told me the have already realeased the title to them on NOV 21st, (today is NOV 27) but it was an electronic version that they should know how to go in the DMV website and print the document. At this point I was very upset, why wouldnt they give us the check after them having the title released to them? well, I decided to go see a manager at the delaership for an explanation.

As I entered to the dealership I asked to speak to a manager. I apoke to Raul Cabrera and told him my situation. I noticed he had an attitute already. After explaning him my situation he told me he could do anything, he told me he needed to wait for the title for them to give us a check. I kept repeating how incredible to believe was that they had our 2010 camaro already for almost two months and we still didn't have the money they owed us. I really thought this was an abuse! He got really upset and kept telling me he couldnt do anything in a very irate tone. I started getting really upset not just because of the situation but it was also the demanding tone he was using. I told him If it there was a problem they could ontact the DMV office to clarify any issues with the tille or that they could even come to speak to someone. Raul got up from his chair and letft the conversation with no explanation. I went after him and asked him if he was going to leave thing this way and he said yes because he fet I was threating him. AND I WAS NOT! I was just trying to come up with a solution the dealership couldnt get to fix this issue. Instead I was asked to leave the delaership (i got kicked out) and told never to come back. I told him I would make sure no one in my family will come and shop here and he loudly said in front of his employees and customers he didnt need or want my business and I was aked to leave the dealer once again. (what a great example he is setting) I left very upset with no answer about my check. I wonder how can a person with this kind of attitute can have a position as a manager. A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT! Never ever will go there. We still don't have our check. q

You give out "your" contact information but it is really not your phone number. This is the dealerships phone number. The problem is that you dont work at the dealership, you work from home (I called the number you provided and that is the information they gave me) Is this how you pretend to help to resolve my issue?
