Troy Bloomfield Signed a sublet agreement then illegally refused to move out at lease end & stopped paying rent NYC New York

Troy Bloomfield is a straight-up lowlife scammer.  When a friend of mine moved from her Hell's Kitchen studio, she sublet it to this little snake for the few remaining months of her lease.  When the lease expired, the building management did not offer him a lease agreement, presumedly because he is an unpleasant, irresponsible, & disrespectful tenant/person.

Troy refused to vacate the unit, changed the locks, & began withholding rent in an attempt to bully the management into a lease agreement.  The building has begun the eviction process, but this whole ordeal has cost my friend her security deposit, legal fees, & a lot of unnecessary headaches.

Troy Bloomfield is a deceptive, selfish, immature, & repulsive excuse for a human being.

Never rent to him, trust him, or offer him any kindnesses.  Be warned.
