 Troy Moss was informed that an advertiser by the name of Drain Rite Plumbing (John Opitz) in Norco, Ca was running a wide spread scam, cheating and deceiving citizens and insurance companies alike.  More than a dozen people called him, sent him e-mails and letters but Troy Moss has no morals, character or class, just to make commission Troy is willing to keep running this persons ad.s in the Pennysaver causing wide spread torture, pain and mental anguish to people that are his victims.  Troy was also told to go look at the reviews on Yelp, Google, superpages, BBB, Business consumer alliance and Yahoo.local and see for himself but he does not give a dam.  Troy will look the other way if a girl is being raped, for him its no big deal as long as it does not hurt him.  This is the kind of people that are a shame on mankind and a disgrace on humanity.

Troy was also told that Drain Rite was under investigation by both the Riverside DA and the Ca. State Licensing Board, even that does not bother him.  Troy has stooped so low that there is no more room to fall.  I own a vacation home in CA and I was ripped off by Drain Rite, I found him via Pennysaver.  I have seen so much action on the internet against Drain Rite and how folks have called Pennysaver to stop running his ads but Troy Moss will not flinch.  Shame on you Troy Moss....
