Tru Ceramic Pro is a Rip Off. The company charges $179 for a faulty product. The power switch on the unit is bad and mine actually caught fire. When I e-mailed customer support the 1st time to report a bad swicth, I conveniently got no reply. Months later when the unit actually burned out, after being tossed between 800# and e-mail support, I was finally told I was out of luck on getting replaced because it only carried a 30-day warranty. I am out $179 on something I had for 5-months! I have read other complaint websites and I am not the only one that has been burned by this product. Buyer Beware and go somewhere else. You can buy the same product in the store or reputable salon where they actually stand by the product they sell. Rip Off!!!! Companies like this should not be allowed to do business.
