I ordered some truck accessories from Truckaddons.com on the internet and they arrived promptly. However, I ordered snap in window ventshields for 3 vehicles by clicking the appropriate places on their website and they sent me the adhesive models. I sent 4 emails to their returns dept without any response. I left 2 voicemails before I got an email response.

They sent me rma numbers and wanted me to return them at my own cost and probably a restocking fee. When I emailed them and said that it was their fault, they said that was what I ordered. I told them step by step, what I did to arrive at those numbers and they said those are not the numbers that they get. They then told me "end of discussion. You can't keep monopolizing my time."
I told them that I had never dealt with such a rude and hard to get in touch with customer service dept. and I would never do business with them again. I don't want anything to do with them again. I don't even want a reply from these morons. I just want to warn others not to deal with them.

Truckaddons can say what they want, but sheer number of complaints against their service speak for themselves. The fact that they were rude and unyielding shows that they are not dedicated to customer satisfaction and are not a company to do business with.
I followed all of the links on their website two more times and still got the same order numbers that they claimed I did not use. I no longer want satisfaction from this company as I wish to never do business with them again. I only wish to warn others not to do business with them. "Let the buyer beware" when ordering from them. I only wish I had found your website before. If I had read all of the complaints posted, I would have been discouraged from ordering.

Here is a copy of his Internet order and vehicle information he submitted. We as a business try to satisfy the customer, however when the customer orders a wrong part, he/she is responsible to ship the part back to us under his/her own cost. We can not be responsible for freight both ways for customer's mistake.

We do however issue pre-paid freight calltags to customers who inadvertly receive product either boxed wrong, or labeled wrong.

I CAN ONLY assume that by telling me PS GFY (Go F*** Yourself) he did not want anymore help.

We her at Truckaddons.com kept in constant contact with Tony throughout this entire process. He was given a RMA number to return his part under his own cost for exchange.

We can not be responsible for freight due to customer's mistake. If we paid freight on all customer's orders that it was plainly a customer's error in ordering, then we could not be as competitive in our pricing.

We however will accept all returns provided the Returns Policy is followed.
