Absolutly the worst place to get any work done to your truck.I had my engine overhauled there and it took almost three months to complete , they never reprogrammed my fuel injectors which cost me 14000 dollars in repair work at the international dealership going behind truck service of florence sloppy engine work engine light would not stop coming on. They broke the bolt off of my engine brake solenoind and refuse to replace it and sold a part of my truck to another customer and replaced it without my permission even had the balls to admit they did it. i would never use there service again, If you have any common sence you would ask around about them before going there you will find out the truth , that truck service of florence are crooks !

Our business Invoices 100+ trucks repairs a month, We have a very reputable truck repair service.
The gentleman complaining had purchased third-party warranty coverage that only had XX amount of coverage.
The damage to his engine started when his turbochargers failed and his engine run uncontrollably causing damage to his engine that exceeded the amount that his warranty company would pay.
He stated that he was selling his truck and did not have any extra monies to spend to get it properly repaired to repair it with only what the insurance company would cover this is after we had it taken apart finding extensive damage to the engine.
We explained the ramifications of this and told him for us to proceed he could not expect any warranty and wrote it on his invoiced that he signed.
We regret that this customer is not satisfied, But he was thoroughly informed.
