True Green Chemlawn ripoff, DISHONEST, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE MONEY HUNGRY IDIOTS!!! FLORENCE Kentucky

we signed up by phone for six treatments for $32.00 each. we received two treatments and i could see no diffrence whatsoever in our lawn but i thought i would allow more time.

a rep. from trugreen was going door to door in our neighborhood signing up new customers. my husband knew we already had a lawn service but couldn't remember it was in fact trugreen we already had. the rep. told my husband our lawn service (his) was not spraying our backyard at all and we were paying way too much. he also said we would only charge 28.00.

my husband made a call to trugreen asking for an explanation and was told someone would call us back. two weeks later someone left a message saying it was a mistake and they would drop our rate down to 28.00.

we received two more lawn treatments after that and the rate was never changed. when we called about it we were told there was no documentation about the rate change and they would not change it. so we just decided to drop it because it was too much of a hassle to argue.

we then noticed weeds growing in our yard. a lot of them. my husband called and we were told they would come out and spray for free. they did come and the weeds did go away but we got a bill for it. we have now called three times about this "free application" bill we keep getting. when we call we are always told the same thing..someone will call us back, and then we just get another bill with no phone call. to top it all off the general manager had the nerve to call us and try to sell us more services. my husband told him he needs to make our lawn look good first before we will even consider buying more services.

i am so fed up with this company i can't even see straight. we have since then cancelled our account and our lawn now looks worse than what we started with. its a very nice shade of brown!

if anyone is thinking about signing up with this company DONT!!!!
they are a bunch of morons who don't know how to run a successful business and keep their word!
