I ordered the 30 day ripped challenge package back in december. I was emailed a few days later after the purchase, they let me know the product was sold out and would not be delivered until mid jan. This was no big deal. I patiently waited. When February came around I emailed back asking where the product was, they replied they somehow managed to forget to ship to me but let me know it would be taken care of and would be shipped out promptly. A few weeks went by and I'm still without my product. They have stopped responding to my emails, and I have tried calling everyday at every possible time without being able to reach anyone. I tracked a number to there Texas store, and still no answer. I really wanted to try this product, I did not see any negative reviews out there, so I'm not sure why I was dealt this way. It is march now, I put in a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully this helps anyone thinking of purchasing any product from this compny.
