Truly Commerce Nechemia s****.>

We provided container dleivery services at an agreed upon cost prior to starting the account.  Truly Commerce has yet to pay one invoice on any of the deliveries.  They have open invoices totalling well over $25k of which I continue to get the run around. 

Nechemia used to answer my calls (per not knowing my phone number) but has since stopped.  I have sent the same invoices roughly ten times, told "we would like to make a payment next week", even got to the point of them re-nogtiating the dollar amount owed and scheduling a date and time to pick up a check....still nothing.  

To this day I still have nothing to show for it....only empty promises ansd excuses.
