Trustpilot Joakim Ditlev Trustpilot guilty of breaking consumers trust on Wikipedia, Internet
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: Answer to anonymous hater
Trustpilot a company that champions itself as the trusted name in consumer reviews seems guilty of editing their own wikipedia page. Joakim Ditlev, Trustpilot's specialist in PR and reputation management, has been painting a pretty rosy picture of Trustpilot on Wikipedia as user Jokked while removing any negative information about the company, whether it is true or not. So much for Trust, Trustpilot!

Joakim here,
Thanks for your personal attack. I don't receive those very often, but unlike other people I'm not afraid to post things in my own name. That helps you address your hate, so I hope you appreciate my openness.
I can only recognize one true thing in your claim. I did edit the Wikipedia page using that username. What I also did was removing a couple of biased sentences lacking cites and neutral language. Ive also been updating that page with cited facts a couple of times. Last time I checked these things are requirements for any Wikipedia article and that behavior is not breaking any rules.
If you think an article is biased, Wikipedia has some excellent ways to discuss that. For some reason neither you nor other haters use that functionality in this case.
Your ability to hunt the man rather than the target is second to none. However, if you or other people have doubts about my trustworthiness, I do prefer to learn that from someone, whos not shouting out loud while hiding behind mummys skirts.
Ill be happy to discuss this further. You are welcome to contact me - jod(at)trustpilot(dot)com
