Toyota admitted in court that they KNEW that if the airbag in my Lexus 250 ES (1990) ewver deployed, I would die or be severely injured, yet they "felt no need to warn me of the known dangers" since it was "for the greater good". In a minor fender bender, my airbag exploded at the speed of 240 mph a full 21 inches back inot me point blank into my neck. I suffered a concussion and lost all the bone in the back of my neck on 5 levels.

I was forced to close/loose my business. I have been sentenced by Toyota/Lexus to a life sentence of pain and torture that even the most heinous criminal would never be forced to endure.

I live on morphine and even that doesn't control the pain. I want my life back. Toyota ended up having 65 attorneys in court with my one. My expert doctors were stiffled, my experts were stiffled, my car was not allowed into evidence (it was in the court house's parking lot), my scars were not allowed to be shown to the jury in pictures.

Rather, the judge said I could disrobe in the court to show my scars....I would have been naked since my dress was pull-over. Toyota offered to pay the jurors salary..on the record. The judge thought it was a noble idea...outrageous!.

Double standars were rampant. Toyota wrote to recused judges to intervene on their behalf and got away with it. I have all records and court transcripts documented. There is more. HAs anyone else had such problems with Toyota? Since I received no award even though they were found liable of breaching their duty to warn me of the known dangers and failing to warn me, Toyota asked the judge if they could enter a judgement against me and he said YES> That was against my social security disability. Yes a federal violation but allowed to date. Help please. Now my replacement airbag is leeking of the sodium azide...carcinogenic...I need a lab to test the for me...help?
