I ordered a free trial of a product that just arrived a few days ago. It is a 14 day trial. I got billed 92.94 on my bank account and I called them to ask why. She said the trial starts the day you place the order. How can you try a product when it is in transit. If you get to try it for 14 days to decide if you want to continue to receive the product and do not receive it immediately it is false advertisment. They will not give my money back because it is longer than 14 days. Please help.
