Trytdalafil Took $200 from me and won't give it back Internet

Close to the new year, I saw the same add about these pills on Facebook and decided to take a look. Here is the website I went to I also did the one trying the Colon cleanse, because I fell for the silly article about the reporter who tried the pills for a month to review them for her job.

Well, after placing my order, I did some research (which I should've done BEFORE I ordered) and immediately regretted ordering the free trial. Tons of people had complained about this whole scam. I decided I would try to cancel in the morning before anything had been processed.


I tried this number 1-877-619-2649. All it does is tell you all circuits are busy and hangs up. So, I went to the url address on the invoice and wrote to whom it may concern that I wanted to cancel. I also went to my order status and cancelled my subscription. It said I had 3 free trial days to do so with only being charged the shipping.


I checked my credit card statement and the same night I had placed my order I already had charges from YOUTH NUTRITION for $99.99 and some other random company PENDING. Within 3 days of ordering, my credit card had been charged. How can I do the trial without having the pills? (received those 10 days after I ordered.)


A few days after I emailed customer service, I received a reply (so generic that I had to call the number to see what it concerned) with a phone number. I've actually talked to people twice using this number 1-800-614-0737. I had to wait at least 20 minutes, but I got through. Those of you having problems reaching someone, try this number and just wait. Granted, I haven't had the charges reversed yet, but I will keep calling until I do.

They have 30 days to return my money and then my bank will take over.

Also, the first guy I talked to was pretty nice. He said he saw that I had canceled my order right away and didn't know why I had been charged any money. He gave me a claim number to call back with.

Thank goodness he did, because when I called back and gave my name and zip code, the punk tried to tell me he couldn't find my info. I gave him the claim number and he suddenly found it. Then he proceeded to tell me that I had been charged the $99.99 because I agreed to buy the product and that by canceling I was not going to be charged the second installment of $99.99.

I kept at it and told him I had cancelled before anything had shipped and it wasn't my fault and that was not what the disclaimer said at the bottom anyway. He got a bit huffy, clicked some buttons and gave me two confirmation numbers. When I went to ask what they were for, he hung up on me. Great customer service.

So, try the number and keep at it. Good luck to everyone! Anyone else, stay away from this horrible company!
