Executive Vice President, Jennifer Opra (jenniferopra.com)   company TSleads charges $30 per so called exclusive lead,(which they outsource to the phillipines and other countries) but what you will find if you are unlucky enough to purchase there non medical home care leads, is a business that will take your hard earned capital and cause you to waste employee productivity while they leave the  people they are calling so utterly confused that they have no idea why you showed up at their home.  100% of our leads said they never set an appointment of any kind with anyone and thought we were trying to run a scam on them, yet we were just as confused as they were. Unfortunately in our case two of the customers were so upset that they took the name of our company down (and CEO) and all we could do was ask for their forgiveness and assure them there must have been a mix up and this would never happen again. This company goes by a couple of different names TSleads, Go Telemarketers, GT leads, Homecareleads.com are just a few.

Because TSleads has a minimum order of 20 leads,(which you must pay for in advance with a check or money order so that you cannot stop payment) this fiasco costs us $660.00 which they refused to return. I spoke with two of their high ranking cronies Destiny McCoy and Brian Stephenson about ceasing all business with anything in relation to them representing us in any capacity because it appeared that they were committing a federal crime by posing as medicare agents and we did not want to be associated with that. The only solution they offered was to replace the leads ( we declined of course) and continued to remind us of our agreement. I explained the severity of their caller's actions in regard to the federal violation of medicare fraud, threatened to report them to the Texas OIG, and explained that they have not honored their portion of the agreement so how is this agreement valid?   The only reply I have gotten is we will replace the leads. Surprisingly, Ms.Opra and her husband Vladamir proudly display their beautiful home on the internet and with her family, social organizations and business accomplishments while small companies like mine are footing the bill for her mercedes and nice home.  They hold on to belief that their arbitration agreement protects them against all possible legal suits, but oh how wrong they are.  You can find a plethora of complaints on this company at www.insurance-forums.net/forum/insurance-leads/ being that insurance leads and reverse mortgage leads are their bread and butter. I would very much like to see this company disbanded.
