Saundra Cunningham willfilly created false documents in order to steal money. With the assistance of two other people not only did she steal funds she and Kelli Starr (Rn Nurse) and Melissa Douthy (Medical Biller) willfully commited medicaid fraud. They did this by falsifying documents, changing information in the oasis and calling down to the state giving the state false information in other to steal from the agency.
