tube-tone amplifier Raybob Bowman takes your deposit and gives you excuses

Raybob will take your money and just give you excuses in return. I put $700 deposit for an amp and was told the turn-around time would be 2 months max. I asked for a refund, but the window for paypal to act on my behalf had already closed. It's now been over 1.5 year since i sent him my deposit (obviously know he will never send it to me now) In his last response to my attempts at getting reimbursed he asked me to send him more money. Really. The text of that email is in orange below. It was a lot like the other emails I received from him:

"I'm preparing an email, about half composed, for you and many other customers, explaining all that has happened with Tube-Tone in past two years, which was home based biz in basement of my home, then forced out of the house, shop thrown into large moving boxes, me wrongly put in jail, house stolen by ex, along with 3 kids, taken to Texas where they are being physically/emotionally abused daily by the meanest witch that ever lived.

I'm still a fugitive and until I can afford to update the tags on my license plates to be a legal citizen in the RV/home that I now live in, I can't begin to pay you.  DMV is first in line, then you, then all the rest.  At present, the company is under reorganization, needs attorney to get house back which is now in default status.  If ya wanna help the cause, there's a help web site here: gofundme.com/x2c7ax8g
