I brought my car into the Tuffy for a transmission and 7 mos later I still do not have my car! The location manager said he would have never taken on this job if he was working that day. The district manager was the one on duty the day we brought the car in for repair. I have been making payments to both the tuffy credit card and my personal credit card that was used to pay for the repairs for 6 months now and I still do not have my car back.

Rob who is the location manager, has always been very nice about keeping us updated. I believe he would have advised us not to repair the car if he was there that day. This has been as much a pain in his side as it is in mine. The district manager either didn't know his stuff or saw this as $$$$$$$ to his shops. Although I understand it is an old car, I still feel strongly that 7 months is too long. I feel like we need the card back and some retibution for lost time and expenses while they had my car.
