I ordered a fragrance from TulipShe.com for $60 USD on January 30, 2009 and have not recieved it.
Dispite serveral email and phone call attempts I have only gotten one responce to the first email which reads exactly as follows, "That you for your order. Your order shipped directly from ome of our suppliers in California via USPS 1st Class mail (we are waiting for the supplier to forward the tracking info)." Average delivery time are approximately 3-10 business days."
I have never recieved the tracking information for this package, NOR the package. I called on numerous occations and left voicemails on the phone line that no one ever answers and sent emails to customer service and order status..no responce. It has been almost a month since I ordered and still have not recieved this package. I will be filing a claim..
