I went to work for these people as a Consultant. After saving them and their business I was offered a partnership position. Since I had been ill for sometime and saw the potential of the company I accepted. I worked there for 6 months as a partner. At the end of that period with the company now prospering I was summarily dismissed for no reason. In the interest of trying to help the staff remain and the business stay viable I offered to convert the partnership to a consulting contract. However, the rather elderly owner and my partner decided he was going to take it all and run. To that end he took six months of my life and basically said "pound sand" even though he is making lots of money and the business is thriving.

My side of the story, the only relationship involved with the "Consultant" was through a business contract with the Consultant's employer. This person was never hired for any of his expertise. His employer assigned him his scope of work. Unfortunately, while under his assigned work by his employer, the business experienced loss of credit cards, company materials, unauthorized money transfers, etc.
"Dismissed for no reason" is somewhat inaccurate. As our business is a victim to a crime by this consultant. Reference Criminal Case No. FECR047915 filed in the District Court of Iowa confirms the unethical practices attempted at our place of business. The felony conviction also assists on other future businesses to avoid contracts and employment with this person. At this time, there are still several felony warrants for this Consultant in other states that hopefully catch up with him soon.
The contract for services were paid and completed through the Consultant's employer and the Consultant was to leave with his employer. Continued childish acts from this Consultant continues to harrass the business.
Therefore, we appreciate our customers' return and loyalty. We appreciate their trust and hope to continue with our honest ethics and trustworthy staff.
