My friend Nitamay gets Time Warner Cable for $26.00 a month. I pay $42 plus tax for the same service and channels. I also pay them another $42 for my Roard Runner service. They advertise FREE installation. They billed me $49 for installation on the excuse the they dropped the CD disc in my harddrive. Why don't they publish a warning, $40 service charge to install CD because we think owners are too dumb to install CD? What part of FREE doesn't Time Warner understand?
They gouge me $ 89.95 per month because my they have a monopoly on cable? My apt was not wired and I had to have a line installed. It't time for the FCC to crack down on cable thieves...Road Runner Digital does not run full speed.
The only thing with speed is the monthly bill...the sloggan for Time Warner service is: "Time on my hands..." ha!
