Turnkeysetup.net James Christopher Stein Candysinc Charged us just under $7,000 to build us a website and gave it to us completely nonfunctional and then stole it off of our server Ripoff Patrick South Carolina

James stein of www.turnkeysetup.net quoted us $3,250 to build us a website but it would take 90 days to finish, that was in his first proposal. We asked for it to be done sooner so he quoted us $6,500 for 35-65 days..and we agreed. Mr. stein took 91 days to deliver the site which was untested and and not doing at all what we asked him to do...in fact you could not even register and pay as a new user on the site. That was just 1 of about 20 issues with the site. whenever we tried to explain the issues to him, he would just repeat that it was working and then tried to charge us to fix what wasn't working. We then sent him a notice to cure...and then mr.stein stole the site off of our server and refuses to give it back unless we pay him additional money. This man only communicates through instant message..and I have all of his messages saved where he constantly lies and contradicts himself so much that he can't remember what he said 1 day prior to the day. We are now out over $7,000 and we don't have a website. Mr. James Christopher Stein is a theif and a liar and I have his messages to prove it.
