I ordered a complete Cartoon DVD set from http://www.TVaddicts.TV. Another alias is http://www.dvdavenue.TV. Not only did the complete cartoon set arrive late, but it arrived from Canada in a cheap, yellow envelope. The first DVD in the set, had plastic completly smashed and rattling inside the Case of the DVD.

I have never seen a DVD look so bad! The other two DVDS in the complete set were dented, dinged and bent with red marks on the cases.

We contacted orders@tvaddicts.tv and orders@dvdavenue.tv with photos of the damage immediately. We have still not gotten either my refund nor replacement that they have promised me. They "will not assist you right away" and they "do not gaurantee staisfaction to all ... customers" as their little "thank you for shopping" that comes with the DVD set states.

We received numerous responses from obviously fake names such as "Sweetie," "Bunny" and "Daisy," etc. who are the ones above who were the ones who promised my refund or replacement. I have been trying to get either an exhange or refund for three months. I was ripped off $100. I have also tried to call their phone number, 1-877-7-TV-SHOW, that promises that a representive will be with you shortly.

The inital phone message states that the representatives are available from 10am-2am (EST). When you call, there are NO representives. It is just an automated phone line. All you can do is leave a message. I have left numerous messages for them to call me. I have also emailed them numerous times from work with atttachments of their replies to me.

I stopped using thier contact form via their website, since they no longer respond to me. The bottom line is that I have ordered merchandise online, but TV.ADDICTS.TV are a total RIP OFF COMPANY! They do not give physical street address on their website. I did not know to look for this until I compared other reputable companies with their websites. Reputable companies will give you a physical street address (with specific location) and they will give you another number aside from an 800 number. This was my worst and most stressful online experience!

I am still trying my best to get a refund at this point. If any further information is needed from me such as their responses to me, the photos of the DVDS with the seals still on them or any other proof, I will gladly hand it over to you. Stop online rip offs with TVaddicts.TV
