I ordered a DVD Box set from TY Boxset.com. I never received either of the two E-mails they promise to send you with respect to your order being completed and a USPS Tracking number.

I then E-mailed them at ther E-mail address that is supposedly staffed 24 hours a day, but I never did receive a reply. I never did receive the DVDs I ordered.

Fortunately my credit card company removed the charge, but I hope they received their money back from this company.
